At Coastal Green Energy Solutions, the health and safety of our homeowners and employees is and always will be our top priority.
Like most of you, we are monitoring the effects of coronavirus (COVID-19) and the health concerns facing our communities. As a result, we have taken numerous steps to do our part in helping limit the spread of the virus, while still providing you with the exceptional products and services that homeowners have come to expect.
We are following CDC guidelines for businesses, including increased cleaning at our offices and facilities and revamped health precaution policies for one-on-one and in-home interactions. We have also temporarily halted our neighborhood marketing efforts. For our employees, we have restricted all non-essential travel, and have enacted an employee “work from home” program. This includes our in-home design consultants, as well as our installation and service teams.
For homeowners who have scheduled design consultations and window installation projects and have chosen to keep their appointments during this time, we want to make every effort to meet your expectations and honor your appointments, all the while following the enhanced health precaution guidelines from the CDC.
If you choose to postpone your appointment until a later date because you or someone in your household is ill, or simply because you are not comfortable meeting with us at this time, we understand and are now offering online consultations.
When it comes down to it, it is you, our homeowners, who have the final say in how and when we work with you. Your comfort level inviting us into your homes is paramount. As always, we are honored and humbled by your invitation, and we look forward to helping you with your home improvement projects, both now and in the future.
